Just read up on the Nvidia stock split happening in july, so my question is this. If i buy shares of nvidia this coming monday ,June 21, which is the last day to be counted in the split, will I be “on record”? I use schwab and I’m wondering if the settle date will affect whether or not I’ll be “on record” and including in the split for july.
Yeah, pretty much any date pre-split is on-record.
This is precisely what happened with TSLA shares around the same time last year.
