#WinWithBaraka Giveaway Rules, Terms & Conditions

Giveaway Rules

There are two ways to win with Baraka’s #WinWithBaraka campaign.

1. Newsletter: Subscribe, share and win

Prizes: Entrants entering this giveaway have the opportunity to win a PS5 for first place, Airpods for second place and an Amazon Gift Card for third place.

How to enter: To enter the competition, entrants are required to follow three steps:

    1. Subscribe to the baraka daily newsletter on https://getbaraka.com
    1. After receiving the first daily newsletter the following day, entrants must forward or share the newsletter using the forward button, the referral link or social buttons at the top of the email.
    1. After sharing the newsletter, users who subscribe to the newsletter from the entrant’s referral links are counted as referrals.

The referral links at the top of the newsletter are unique codes that track individual signups. There is also a tally of referrals at the top of the newsletter where entrants can keep track of how many referrals they receive.

Prizes are awarded to the top three users that generate the most vetted sign ups during the campaign dates. First place winner receives a PlayStation 5 (PS5) for receiving the highest amount of successful referrals, second place winner receives Airpods and third place winner receives an Amazon Gift Card.

The giveaway runs from December 1 to December 21, and the winners will be announced on December 22.

2. Social engagement: Follow, share and win

Prizes: Entrants entering this giveaway have the opportunity to win an Apple Watch for first place, a $250 Amazon Gift Card for second place and a $100 Amazon Gift Card.

How to enter: To enter the competition, entrants are required to:

    1. Follow @getbaraka on Instagram and/or Facebook.
    1. ‘Like’ the post titled “Follow, share and win” on either Instagram or Facebook.
    1. Comment and tag a friend. The more tags, the more entries to win.
    1. Share the post to your Instagram or Facebook story for a bonus entry.

Winners who have followed all the instructions are entered into a pool and are chosen at random. First place winner receives an Apple Watch and second and third place winner receive Amazon Gift Cards.

The giveaway runs from December 1 to December 21, and the winners will be announced on December 22.

Terms and Conditions

· Entry is open to residents of the U.A.E.

· The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.

· Participants will have to keep their account public until the end of the date of the winner’s announcement.

· Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

· All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.

· Friends and family of employees with Baraka cannot enter the competition.

· Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.

· No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.

· The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

· Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

· Baraka reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

· The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of country of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Baraka relating to any post-winning publicity.

· Unless stated otherwise the subscription entries must be made by either subscribing to the newsletter and referring sign ups or engaging on Baraka’s Instagram account as mentioned above.

· Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) from the newsletter giveaway are chosen by the amount of successful sign-ups, and the winner(s) of the social engagement giveaway will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.

· The Subscription campaign prizes are awarded to the top three Subscribed users that generate the most points during the campaign dates.

· The Subscription campaign prizes are 1 PS5 for first place winner, 1 Apple Airpods for the 2nd place winner and 1 $250 Amazon gift card for the 3rd place winner.

· 3 winners will be selected through a random draw for the Follow campaign.

· The Follow campaign prizes are 1 Apple watch, 1 $250 Amazon gift card, and 1 $100 Amazon gift card.

· Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Baraka reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged Baraka reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges.

· Confirmation of the prize will be made via the email provided in the competition entry form or through social media private message.

· Failure to respond and/ or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

· The Promoter is Baraka.

· In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

· A list of winners will be available on Baraka exchange website no earlier than four weeks (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition. Only the surname and city of the winners will be disclosed.

· All entries are added to the Akhbaraka’s Newsletter subscription list. Those who are already Subscribers will not have their details replicated but will be entered into the competition. All Akhbaraka’s Newsletters provide you the opportunity to unsubscribe.
